Here is the lemon fruit callus medium.

Mineral salts - same as Murashige & Skoog (1962 paper)

2,4-D or NAA - 3 x 10^-6 M
kinetin - 3 x 10^-5 M
GA (optional) - 3 x 10^-8 M to 3 x 10^-6 M

thiamin HCl - 10 mg/L
nicotinic acid - 5 mg/L
pyridoxin HCl - 10 mg/L
myo-inositol - 100 mg/L
glycine - 2 mg/L
sucrose - 5 %
agar - 1%

For other citrus types they recommend 3-30% (vol/vol) orange juice be
added to the medium.
