I am interested in virus elimination program for Pelargonium using 'in
vitro' thermotherapy and meristem tip culture. Has anybody in the list any
experience on it?
(What kind of culture room to use, thermotherapy treatment, which
temperature do you need to apply and photoperiod to eliminate Pelargonium's
host viruses, if it is necessary to introduce meristem tissue after
thermotherapy treatment or not...)
