We regularly use 400 mg/l of cefotaxim with Narcissus and Prunus without any
problems.

Hallo Chandra,
I'm not working on transformation etc. But the Cefotaxim concentration
is quite high (do You really need that much of it?) As to my knowledge
maximum concentrations of  250 mg/l are sufficient in plant tissue
cultures. Hope this helps.
