glass tubes
We recently purchased a Wheaton Unispense to dispense media into glass tubes.
First, we microwave the media to melt the agar, then dispense 10 mls
into each tube, cap them, and autoclave them. When cooled, there is often
but not always a good deal of moisture condensated on the sides of the tubes,
which will evaporate after four of five days.
Does anyone know how to prevent this moisture from forming?
