Re: anthocyans in plant tissue cultures
Dear Mariolla and Trine,
I observed that the color of Dandelion callus depends on growth regulators
concentration. Below and above the best one, calli become red but they go
on regenerating (sometimes at a slower rate). Also, high concentrations of
calcium induce the same phenomena.
I suppose it is a reaction against non suitable environment.
