electroporation of tobaco protoplasts

Hi, dear TC community!
I need to electroporate the GFP plasmids into
protoplasts which are from tobacco cell culture.

I have tried different settings for the
electroporation, so far, I see only under 250V, 250uF,
200 omega, I received some (but not great)transient
expression.

I would like to hear your opinions to optimal my
conditions, especially you are routinely very
successful with your experiment. Or may be good
literature references?
