Dear Hua,

we used 200 ohm, 200 V or 150V  and 200 湩 or 175 湩 for electroporation of
tobacco mesphyll protoplasts, stronger settings gaves us lot's of damaged
protoplasts. Probably there is a difference in the competence of
protoplasts for electroporation when isolated from cell suspensions due  to
incompleteness of the isolation process.
