VWR lists a number of pressure cooker/ sterilizers.  They have two that are
15.5 and 25.0 quart capacities.  I have used these units and they close with
screw clamps with a metal to metal machine seal and do a fine job with
smaller batch runs.  They are listed under Sterilizers in the catalog along
with several other units of various designs.
