Dear All,

I am preparing 1mM stock of 2,4-D by dissolving it in
5ml of Absolute Ethanol and then making up the volume
to 50ml with sterile water. I even tried the same
using 2mM NaOH. But in either case i could find
precipitation of 2,4-D.
The source of my Double distilled water is a Quartz
distillation unit to which a resin based water
softener is attached.
Please suggest.
