Hi,

I had a discussion with some coleagues about chromosome doubling using
oryzalin. We were confused about some information I found in the list
archives. When a cell is treated with oryzalin, does it can go under cell
division sometimes or it never does?. What I found is that sometimes there
is an unequal cell division so one cell contains all the doubled chromosomic
complement and the other, which has no nucleus, is reabsorbed. Could anybody
clarify this please?.
