Antiauxin

Dear all

I have some question about antiauxins.........
Some Cactaceae species produce endogenous auxin or auxin like growth
regulator in in vitro culture.
The result is a plentifull callus production whit poor shoots
proliferation.
I found an article ( REYES et al - 1995 ) in witch antiauxin counpounds
stimulate a more active shoot proliferation and quality in a long term
TC treatment of Aztekium ritterii.
The most active conpound seems CA
2-(p-chlorophenoxy)-2-methylpropionic acid and (but less effective) TIBA
2,3,5,triidrobenzoic acid and MH ( maleic hydrazide.)

I know very few about antiaxins in TC of cacti and will be glade to
learn more on the practical use of this conpounds in plant tissue
culture in general. Can you share some knowledge about antiaxins ?

many thanks
