DEar all
Do you know some references about pulse induction for starting 
regeneration in plant explants or callus by means of a  short time 
exposition to high Plant growth regulators concentration (cytokins or 
others) followede by a subculture in hormone free or low hormone 
medium... How can we try to regenerate shoots from plants recalcitrant 
to regeneration
