Hello everybody,
Few days ago I noticed water droplet formation on the
callus and there as no condensation of water drops on
the walls of the vessel. As we all know in embryogenic
callus vascular tissue is present. During microtomy
slide examination I photographed the vascular tissue.
I would like to know is this process same as
guttation? I noticed it in the early morning hours. Is
there any work done on this aspect? Is the vascular
tissue functional in the callus form? Is there any
relation between maturation of somatic embryo and
vascular tissue functioning.
