I use 1.15 gr/lt of calcium nitrate Ca2(NO3)2 instead of amonium nitrate and
I eliminated calcium cloride from MS medium on meristematic regeneration
of Dianthus cariophillus (carnations). It has reduced vitrification in the
culture in a very good percentage. I don't know if this can help you.
