Dear All,
I would like to know that how much time is required to perform vacuum
infiltration for the agrobacterium to enter plant tissues like
germinating seeds/callus/leaves. What should be the vacuum conditions that
are needed? How much damage is done to the tissues with respect to
transcription and other cellular process. Looking forward for a good
discussion and thanks in advance
