Dear TCs

I would like prepare a microsomal fraction from young tobacco leaves
but i have some problem with my method because my microsomal fraction
was not really pure and contains some plaste membranes.
perhaps you know a good method to prepare microsomefractions et
microsomal protein from such young tissues.
