PhytoTechnology Labs Power Outage

I was informed by Ken Torres,  PhytoTechnology Labs, that they are in the
middle of a severe winter snow storm and  that the city has loss all
electrical power.  PhytoTechnology Labs will  attempt to ship all emergency
orders out today.  They do not know when electricity will be restored.  They
