micropropagation issues (narcissus)

Dear all,

i have a couple of questions concerning
micropropagation:

1. can i obtain roots for narcissus directly from a shoot clump?
2. what hormones and their concentrations are best to do so?
3. is the forming of bulbils essential for the growth
of tisue culture narcissus?
4.what will happen to a shoot clump if i kept it in MS
medium supplemented with NAA and BA?
5.how long does it take a shoot clump to for a long
shoot and then a root?
