Dear TCers,
I am forwarding some questions from a student at UW - Madison 
who would like to do a project transforming Brassica rapa with either biolistic 
or Agrobacterium method. Does anyone have a protocol for transforming 
Brassica rapa with either oneof this methods? Which expression vectors 
work best? Which method is best for transformation?
