Re: Determination of Developmental stage of ovules
Dear Delphine,
It is not easy to determine the developmental stage for isolated ovule.
Normally, researcher are going to determine the developmental stage in
anther tissue, microspore and to relate one to another. That is especially
for isolated ovule culture in a breeding program/tissue culture for plant
mass propagation.
I hope it can help you in some way.
Good luck,
Reinerio.
