What is your primary explant?  What is your goal?  Callus or shoots or
embryos?  I worked with needle fascicles of mugo pine ages ago trying to
induce growth of the fascicular bud.  I did not try mature embryo culture
which would be a good alternative.  Contact me directly and tell me more
