Callus induction in Spartina

Hello everybody,

Im trainning to induce calli on Spartina densiflora but at the moment I havent
any results. Im using MS medium with 1/2 NH4 and with 2,4-D and IAA,
inositol and tiamine. Somebody can tell me what are the best tissues for
callus induction in this species? is something wrong in my culture medium?
