My Bacti cinerators run at approx 240 degree Celsius, I just have to
measure the temperature sometime and clean it. Cant imagine 816
degrees C oven on my desk.

and find that they suit our needs well. What I would like to know is how to
determine when the bacti cinerator element requires replacement. I thought
that temperature measurement might be the easiest but am not sure. What
would be a baseline temperature for element replacement? I could just
replace them on a regular basis but that does not ensure efficient use of
our budget funds. I want to be able to ensure maximum use without
jeopardising quality .............. mind you quality is paramount. I have been
advised that Bacti cinerators run at approx 816 degrees C which is pretty
hot ............. some of ours were most certainly not achieving that kind of
temperature. Has anyone addressed this problem before?
