Transportation of Tissue Culture Plants

Dear Members,
Can any one suggest the best transportation method for TC plants.

We are transporting currently lot of Ornamental plants to USA, Australia, 
Newzealand and other countries different varieties of ornamental plants 
as ex agar as well as invitro.But still we get complaints from our 
customers that some plants sent as exagar are rotton or dehydrated.
We pack sterile plants washed and packed in carton boxes and also 
take necessary steps like wrapping them with sterile tissue paper etc.

Please suggest some good methods
