Dear all TCers,

I read some paper mentioned that mixing tween 20 with Agrobacterium can
enhance transformation rate using floral dip method. I wonder, how to
sterilize tween 20 (filter sterilization or autoclave) if I want to add
some into agrobacterium solution before co-culture. Thanks!
