cryopreservation

Hi, TCers
I need keep some suspension cultured Arabidopsis cell lines at -80C. I
read some papers about cryopreservation, which pretty much will work on my
samples after a couple of optimization trails. However now I?m kind of
urgent in using this technique. Can anybody there give me a protocol that
you have used, or you are using, successfully?
